This story is a longest agitation (One man Satyagrah) against corruption and help for the poor. This longest agitation recorded by Limca Book Records 2011. This movement of the complete its 15 years & 6 months. I (Master Vijay Singh) started on 26 February 1996 and my dharna setting down its new milestones as the "longest agitation" of the world. This agitation is based on the Gandhi ji concept of Non-violence, whilst it came to know ledge that the 4000 bighas (800 Acre) of public agricultural land worth Rs. 120 Crores has been friendly grabbed by political land Mafia's in my village. Then jumped in struggle to start his Dharna. I am of the view that the grabbed land should be evicted by Government and distributed to the poor’s land less laborers and unemployed, villagers as in accordance with law. But unfortunately no such effective action has been taken so far by the government.
I was a school teacher and used to live in his village. When I researched and found a fraud of around "4000 bighas" (800 Aker) public agricultural land and other public properties of worth Rs. 120 Crores which was grabbed by political land mafias in his village. This public agricultural land was to be distributed to the poor, landless, laborers and unemployed villagers according to law UPZA. I demanded to get this property freed and to be distributed among the poor or to be occupied by the government. But there was no action taken.
Then, I started a agitation against this illegal possession, sitting in front of the office of District Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar on 26th February 1996. After beginning this strike an enquiry was settled by administration. The Commissioner and I.G., A.C. Sharma (C.B.C.I.D.) and ADM(E) found the charges to be correct. After that 136 cases (revenue & criminal) were logged against these land mafias. On the direction of the former Principal Secretary Home State of U.P. Dr. J.N. Chaimber the District Administration has freed about 300 bighas land from the illegal possession and Rs. 81000/- has been deposited in Government account as a fine. As many as 3200 bighas land was found involved in his public land scam. The enquiry is still continuing, but with very slow speed and all enquiries different to each others. This action has been taken till date owing to political pressure and corruption.
This property was grabbed by an Ex. M.L.A.'s family and some other mafias with nexus of corrupt revenue officials. This public agriculture land should be distributed to the landless poor and laborers of the village. If this is done, our village will be a model where no one will be poor, jobless and hungry. His agitation is totally nor. political and still continues in public interest and against corruption for poor. In this 16 years period, these mafias have attacked me and my family and supporters several time beside the murder of his associate Deer Singh Harijan, The mafia has burned his entire house. In risen of security and poorness I can not made pairokari of these 136 cases and after that order secretary home & the District Administration has withdrawls my security. District security committee and land mafias is nexus and against. My economic condition is not good and at present I have in no resources of income. His strike is still continuing with economic & moral support of some of my friends & media. Master Vijay Singh rejected the offer of land Mafia's for getting 10% of the grabbed property. The agitation has completed 15 years. He made his agitation's venue at Collectorate Campus Varanda, Muzaffarnagar as his abode where he continues his agitation day and night surviving on dry bread for the interest of the common man. At present, I am all alone family, relative supporters is not with him. He would continue this agitation in future till a single piece of public land and other properties freed. In this battle against injustice & evil with powerful mafia's political criminals on one side & a former teacher, I (Master Vijay Singh) with values of steel the future will tell the fate of peaceful battle.

सार्वजनिक भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध एवं गरीबों की मदद हेतु
16 वर्ष का सबसे लम्बा गाँधीवादी अंहिसात्मक आन्दोलन

 भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध एवं गरीबों की मदद करने हेतु जनहित में शुरू किये गये आन्दोलन को 15 वर्ष 7 माह पूरे हो चुके है। यह आन्दोलन/सत्याग्रह सबसे लम्बा सत्याग्रह बन गया है जिसे लिमका बुक रिकार्ड्स 2011 में पेज नं0-94 पर दर्ज किया गया है। मेरी माँग है कि गांव की हजारों बीघा सार्वजनिक कृषि भूमि व अन्य सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति को भूमाफियाओं से मुक्त कराकर गरीबों में बांट दिया जाये या सरकारी नियंत्रण में ले लिया जाये। मेरे द्वारा प्रतिदिन जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय पर भ्रष्टाचार के विभिन्न मामलों को उठाना  व समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित कराना तथा शिकायतकर्ताओं/गरीबों की मदद करना मेरी दिनचर्या बन गया है। मेरे जीवन का लक्ष्य भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध संघर्ष करना बन गया है।
मैं 49 वर्षीय मास्टर विजय सिंह एक स्कूल अध्यापक था मैंने एक आदमी को जूस का वेस्ट खाते देखा तथा दूसरी घटना में एक भूखा बच्चा अपनी मां को कह रहा था कि मां किसी से आटा ले आ शाम को तो रोटी बना ले। इन दोनों भूखों की घटनाओं ने मुझे झकझोर कर रख दिया और मेरी जीवन की दिशा ही बदल दी। मैंने अपनी मास्टरी से इस्तीफा देकर अपने गांव चैसाना की 4575 बीघा कृषि भूमि व अन्य लोक सम्पत्ति पर शोध किया तो मैंने पाया कि 4000 बीघा भूमि का घोटाला है जो भूमाफियाओं के गैरकानूनी कब्जे में है। मैंने देश, प्रदेश तथा जिले के समस्त पदाधिकारियों को शिकायत पत्र देकर इस प्रकरण की सीबीआई द्वारा जांच कराने व उक्त सम्पत्ति को मुक्त करा, गरीबों व दलितों में बांटने की माँग की, परन्तु सरकार ने कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की।
 मैंने 26 फरवरी, 1996 को गाँधीवादी अहिंसात्मक ढंग से जनपद मुजफ्फरनगर, उ0प्र0 के जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध आन्दोलन प्रारम्भ किया। आन्दोलन के पश्चात् आईजी, सीबीसीआईडी, अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रशासन व अपर जिलाधिकारी (वित्त एवं राजस्व) व अन्य जाँचे हुई जिसमें मेरे आरोपों को सही पाया तथा जिला प्रशासन व सीबीसीआईडी ने 136 मुकद्मे दर्ज कराये तथा डाॅ जे.एन. चैम्बर, पूर्व प्रमुख सचिव गृह, उत्तर प्रदेश के आदेश पर लगभग 300 बीघा जमीन भूमाफियाओं के कब्जे से मुक्त कराई तथा 81,000/- रुपये दण्ड़स्वरूप वसूल कर राजकोष में जमा कराये। अब तक 3200 बीघे कृषि भूमि व अन्य सम्पत्ति पर विभिन्न जाँचों में घोटाला साबित हो चुका है। राजनीतिक दबाव व भ्रष्टाचार के कारण जाँच धीमी गति से जारी है। जाँचों में विरोधाभाष है। यह सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति पूर्व विधायक के परिवार व अन्य भूमाफियाओं ने भ्रष्ट राजस्व अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से अवैध रूप से हड़पी थी। यह भूमि गाँव के गरीब, दलित, बेरोजगार, भूमिहीनों को आवंटित होनी थी, यदि जाँच होकर उक्त सार्वजनिक भूमि गाँव के गरीबों में बांट दी जाये तो मेरा गांव संसार का एक ऐसा माॅडल गाँव होगा जहाँ पर कोई भूखा, बेरोजगार, गरीब नहीं होगा। इन 16 सालों के दौरान भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से मुझ पर व मेरे परिवार पर तथा मेरे समर्थकों पर अनेक हमले हुए तथा झूठे मुकदमें दर्ज हुए। मेरे एक साथी धीर सिंह हरिजन को पेड़ पर फांसी देकर मार दिया गया, मेरा घर जला दिया गया तथा विभिन्न हथकंडे अपनाकर हमें आतंकित किया गया तथा मैं असुरक्षा और आर्थिक तंगी के कारण अपने 136 मुकद्मों की पैरोकारी नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा गृह सचिव के आदेश के बावजूद मेरी सुरक्षा वापस ले ली गई। मेरी आय का कोई साधन नहीं रहा, आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यन्त खराब है। कुछ साथियों व मीडि़या के सहयोग से मेरा धरना जारी है। भूमाफियाओं ने मुझे आन्दोलन से हटाने के लिए धमकियां, हमले तथा समस्त जमीन का 10 प्रतिशत देने का प्रलोभन दिया, परन्तु मैंने स्वीकार नहीं किया। मैं जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय के बरामदे में 24 घण्टे धरनारत् हूँ। मेरा सौभाग्य है कि मेरा कोई अपराधिक इतिहास नहीं है। उत्पीड़न व हमलों व झूठे मुकद्मों के कारण मेरा परिवार तथा मेरे साथियों ने मेरा साथ छोड़ दिया। इस भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध आन्दोलन में एक ओर तो धनी राजनीतिक भ्रष्टाचारी व शाक्तिशाली भूमाफिया हैं तो दूसरी ओर मैं एक अदना सा मास्टर विजय सिंह जो गाँधीवादी अंहिसात्मक सिद्धान्तों के साथ इस भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी लड़ाई को लड़ रहा हँू, ताकि लोक सम्पत्ति का जनहित में सदुपयोग हो सके। आगे इस भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आन्दोलन का परिणाम क्या होगा? भविष्य के गर्भ में। विश्व का सबसे लम्बा आन्दोलन 13 वर्ष का है और यह आन्दोलन 15 वर्ष 7 माह पूरा कर, विश्व का भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध सबसे लम्बा आन्दोलन बन चुका है। मैं अन्तिम साँस तक भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध संघर्ष करूँगा।
